🌍 Plastics & Sustainability Awareness: PSA BDP UAE Visits Alpha Emirates Recycling Yard 🍃 PSA BDP UAE recently launched an initiative to boost collective awareness about reducing plastic use and embracing recycled materials. As part of this effort, the Sustainability Department, in collaboration with the META DEI Council, organized a visit to Alpha Emirates Recycling Yard. Founded in 1985 and owned by H.H. Sheikh Faisal Bin Khalid Sultan Al Qassimi, Alpha Emirates is a pioneer in waste collection, segregation, and recycling, processing around 84,000 MT of paper waste and 6,000 MT of plastic annually.♻️ During the visit, our team participated in an informative session on recycling and sustainability, followed by a firsthand look at the complete recycling process for plastics and paper. This experience reinforced the vital role recycling plays in our journey and our commitment to sustainable practices within our organization.💚 Let's continue working together towards a greener, more sustainable future!🌱
